At Baby Bibs Shop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the information below to understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
All items listed on our website (Baby Bibs, Kids T-Shirts, Toddler T-shirts, Youth Hoodie, Youth Sweatshirt) are eligible for returns and exchanges as long as they meet the above criteria.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by Baby Bibs Shop.
